Head of Safety, People and Culture
Susan Re is responsible for the delivery of the UON Safety strategies and People development. She leads the HSE, HR and Project Administrative divisions which operate on-site at the head office in Perth.
In her Safety role, she is responsible for the design, implementation, communication and coordination of all HSE programs for the company whilst providing technical and administrative direction on all HSE decisions.
In her HR role, she is responsible for the various aspects of the corporate human resources efforts including talent acquisition and management strategies, compensation and benefits, organisational development, training and leadership development, compliance and employee relations.
Susan Re has over 18 years of experience in the field of Safety and 10 years of experience in the field of people management. Her qualifications include a Master of Occupational Health and Safety and a Bachelor of Business Degree – Management.
