HDPE Pipework and LINING

UON has extensive experience in the installation, connection, fabrication and welding of HDPE pipework across both small and large scale applications.

Utilised in an array of applications, the HDPE pipelines form and essential part of mining operations, to support dewatering, environmental and operational applications.

UON has a dedicated Fabrication unit able to create manifolds and an assortment of fittings including lobster back elbows and T intersections.

These standard and bespoke fittings ensure the intricacies of every project is catered for, with reduced lead-times, shorter project durations and safer operations.

UON constructs and installs intricate HDPE pipeworks of all sizes and pressure ratings, ranging from Dn63mm to Dn1200mm.

UON has invested in equipment to support the safe and efficent delivering of projects, with trenching machiery that can dig 1500mm wide and up to 4500mm deep, through all ground conditions.

Designed for extreme soil and rock conditions, the trencher produces fines to a sand texture.
With a low environmental footprint, the high volume trenching generally produces a solid foundation, resulting in labour, time and cost savings.

UON’s capability for earthworks covers all aspects of mine water infrastructure, enabling project delivery to be managed in-house.

Supplying and installing pond and dam liners, landfill liners, reservoir and channel/canal liners, secondary containment liners and barriers, tank and hazardous waste bunds, UON also offeres fully installed fencing solutions for safety and security purposes.
