UON technicians have undertaken specialised training by Cummins, rendering us fully service-capable, including warranty and repairs, to Cummins Approved Standards.

Our team of qualified personnel possess detailed knowledge and are experienced in servicing all Cummins Generator models.

All generators are thoroughly checked to maintain the high standard of quality that we share with Cummins Inc.

Our workshop is professionally laid out and well maintained to provide facilities for servicing all new Cummins Generators. Should you require a warranty service/repair, we guarantee to respond to your concerns within one working day, and will get the ball rolling on any repair as soon as possible, regardless of the location of the generator.

Our team of in-house pump fitters and electricians has the appropriate depth of knowledge and wealth of experience necessary to refurbish all brands of pumps. And as one of the largest Grundfos Pump distributors in Australia, UON Pty Ltd (UON) specialise in repairs of all Grundfos Pump types.

Our clean workshop facilities with overhead gantry crane and fully equipped test tank ensures all pump repairs are fully hydraulically tested and subjected to our full QA checks prior to being dispatched and re-commissioned into service; giving our clients the piece-of-mind that their operation will not suffer from poor workmanship.

UON has qualified electricians that can design and manufacture Cubic Modular System.

Recently, UON has developed an Outdoor Modular System for weatherproofing of a Cubic Modular System (electrical switchboard), rated to withstand Category D cyclonic winds.

With the ease of a modular design, installation and extension can be achieved without great effort.

Generator Load Bank Testing

UON began life in 1996 to develop equipment for the testing of stand-alone generators and power stations.

Our equipment is designed to be the most advanced and user-friendly in the world. We currently stock 20 Megawatts of resistive and reactive load banks, which are routinely used throughout Australia for a multitude of test applications.
