UON has teamed up with Role Models & Leaders Australia (RMLA) to help support the development of young leaders for tomorrow.

We have created several uniquely painted power generators to help raise funds for the RMLA and the wider indigenous community. UON will contribute part of the proceeds for each hire or purchase of any youth power generators.

These Generators were sent to Clontarf Girls Academy where the students adorned them with original Aboriginal designs.

Role Models & Leaders Australia provides leadership, sports and education programs to assist Australian youth, particularly Indigenous youth, who suffer from misfortune or a feeling of disconnection from their community.

With your help, every hire or purchase of any youth generators will further help RMLA improve on young Australians:

  • Standards of behaviour
  • Graduation rates (Year 12)
  • Education and Training opportunities for indigenous people.

UON has a mission and it is to allow mining industries to participate in this great partnership without penalty*.

Having a youth generator in your mine sites will provide you with a positive and clear visual identification for such great collaborations between your company, UON and RMLA.

*No extra charge for hiring these specific youth power generators compare to hiring similar ordinary generators.
