The UON Water Treatment Compact Cube© is a compact modular chlorine dosing solution. The 3mx3mx3m containerized unit comprises a water pumping station, storage tank re-circulation and chlorine dosing analysis with HMI display. With the addition of a UON electrical control distribution board, UON telemetry system for bore control, the UON Water Treatment Compact Cube© can operate autonomously as a climate controlled mechanically ventilated standalone modular water treatment & transfer plant.
UON’s client required a permanent water treatment solution for the water supply at its remote cattle station. The UON design included a new pumping system with storage water chlorination dosing capability. The treatment cube was designed to meet the client’s detailed specification with the inclusion of air-conditioning and ventilation for chemical stabilization in the harsh environment of the North-West. All water infrastructure equipment was designed & supplied by UON.
UON have also designed a standalone mobile 4kW solar farm to operate a 2kw submersible bore pump transferring 100kl of water per day over 1 kilometre to the UON Water Treatment Compact Cube© via the telemetry link. Optimising the on/off control of the bore to control the water storage levels that fluctuate depending on demand.
