Horizontal Split Case Pumps

High Flow Pumps for water transfer or process pump applications.

 

The pumps are non-self-priming, centrifugal volute pumps with radial suction and radial discharge ports and horizontal shaft. The pump is sold as a bare-shaft pump, or is long-coupled with a TEFC motor mounted onto a rigid C-Channel Baseframe.

 

The Horizontal Split Case pump is used for high flow applications where a standard End-Suction pump will not suit.
There are many different variants for size, drivers, materials of construction and of course manufacturers.  For standard water transfer applications, UON use the Grundfos HSC model.
