End Suction Pumps

Single stage, ISO 2858, high flow, robust pumps suitable for a variety of different applications demanding reliable and cost-effective solutions.

 

The ISO 2858 Pump is probably the most widely used pump on the planet. Grundfos’ NKG/NBG ISO2858 pumps are available in a wide range of material variants. Grundfos offers one of the widest ranges of End-Suction, Back-Pull-Out Pumps on the global market.
 

Available in either close-coupled motorpump (Bloc) version, or Long-Coupled version via flexible coupling to a bare-shaft pump.
 

What makes the Grundfos ISO2858 superior to alternative manufactures is that the Grundfos Pump has higher efficiency rates, has hard-faced SiC/SiC mechanical seal as standard, and utilizes the premium Cathodic Electro Deposition (CED) method of coating rather than a standard paint finish. Thus providing lower running costs and superior protection in the tough Australian environment.
 

The pumps are non-self priming, single stage, centrifugal volute pumps with axial suction port, radial discharge port and horizontal shaft.
 

Dimensions and rated performance are according to ISO2858 (16Bar).

NKG pumps are also designed according to ISO5199 requirements.

Flanges according to AS2129 Table E.

Standard materials of construction are cast iron casings with either cast iron or bronze impeller. Stainless steel shaft and casing wear rings are fitted as standard.
